1. Product and seller
This policy concerns the online OpenMind Audio Prompt Studio subscription, Digistore24 product 752546: Monthly (15 USD per month), 3 Months (29 USD every 3 months) and Yearly (79 USD per year). The Digistore24 reseller named in your checkout and purchase confirmation handles the sale, payment and order administration. Its purchase terms and mandatory law apply to refund and withdrawal requests.
2. Statutory withdrawal
Where EU/EEA consumer distance-contract law applies, consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. The applicable seller’s withdrawal notice explains the right, how to exercise it and any legally valid exception. If you expressly request an early start to a service and the legal conditions are met, a proportionate charge may apply for service already supplied before withdrawal.
Logging in, generating a prompt or visiting a return page does not, by itself, establish a valid waiver of withdrawal rights. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule. Nothing on this website restricts mandatory consumer rights, remedies for a defective service or rights that apply in your country.
3. USA and EU: different rights
USA — Digistore24 Inc.: 60 days. This is the requested contractual US return offer, not an EU statutory withdrawal period. It applies only when included in the terms for the relevant subscription order. The product-specific reseller and subscription settings must still be confirmed for this private preview; we do not present an unverified offer as already activated.
EU — statutory consumer withdrawal: 14 days. This is the general statutory distance-contract right, subject to the legally valid service-specific conditions explained above and in the seller’s withdrawal notice. It is not a maximum: a longer applicable contractual right remains available. Digital-service exceptions require the actual legal conditions; using the studio alone is not a waiver.
Neither period is a subscription billing interval or a substitute for cancelling renewals. Digistore24 treats general return policies and subscription minimum terms separately. Monthly, 3 Months and Yearly each have Minimum term: None, as confirmed by the operator. The contractual US return offer must still match the product settings and order terms.
Private preview — product verification outstanding. The intended US offer is 60 days; the EU statutory baseline is 14 days. The actual product 752546 reseller assignment and contractual return rules could not yet be checked in the vendor account. These product-specific conditions must be reconciled before public launch.
4. Cancelling future renewals
To cancel, use the official Digistore24 cancellation service, the Cancel Subscription button in your OpenMind Audio account, or the order-management link in your purchase confirmation. All three plans have no minimum term. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future subscription payments under the applicable purchase conditions. Cancellation does not automatically mean a refund for the current paid period. Normal cancellation preserves verified access until the end of that paid period.
Deleting browser cookies, logging out or asking to delete an app account does not cancel a payment agreement with Digistore24. Cancel the subscription through the reseller as well.
5. Requesting withdrawal or a refund
Use the contact or order-support link in your Digistore24 confirmation. Include your order number and a clear statement of what you request; no reason is required where the applicable statutory withdrawal right does not require one. You can also email aimusicprompts.partners@gmail.com for help identifying the appropriate support route. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
The reseller processes approved refunds according to the applicable purchase terms and legal deadlines. We do not promise an unverified processing time or refund method. A disputed or defective service can give rise to rights independently of a voluntary return period.
6. Refunds, reversals and access
Access is based on authenticated payment confirmations, not on a browser redirect. When a refund, chargeback, failed renewal or expiry invalidates a paid entitlement, the server updates or ends that entitlement. A normal cancellation differs: access continues through the valid paid period. A test payment or connection test never grants live subscription access.
If a later independently paid period remains valid, the payment records are assessed separately. Contact support if your account status appears wrong. A refund or cancellation does not automatically delete saved results or personal data; see the Privacy Policy for deletion requests.
