1. Provider and scope
The application is provided by Wendelin Pack, trading as OpenMind Audio, Wurzelgasse 58, 9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, Austria. Contact: aimusicprompts.partners@gmail.com.
These terms govern use of our website and studio. A paid purchase is made with the Digistore24 reseller identified at checkout under its sales terms and mandatory consumer law. These use terms do not replace or override that reseller’s purchase, withdrawal or refund terms.
2. The service
OpenMind Audio Prompt Studio is an online application for creating music prompt texts. It provides 175 music genre generators with creative and production controls. It is accessed through a personal account; the main service is not an offline HTML download or a music-generation service.
Generated prompts can guide external music tools, but results depend on those tools and your choices. We do not guarantee any particular song, audio quality, commercial success, earnings, copyright protection or exclusive result.
3. Registration and account security
Use a valid email address, choose a secure password and confirm your email before generating. A name is optional. Paid subscribers must be at least 18 or have the legally required capacity and authorisation to enter the subscription. This is a service eligibility rule, not a claim that every jurisdiction has the same age requirement.
Keep credentials confidential, use your own personal account and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use. Do not impersonate another person, share or resell account access, or create accounts to circumvent the free limit.
4. Three free generations
A confirmed account receives three successful free generations in total, shared across all genres. No payment details are required. The server records usage permanently against the account; a new browser, reload or new login does not renew the allowance. Failed requests do not consume an attempt. Reading or copying an existing result does not count as a new generation. After the allowance is exhausted, a valid paid subscription is required for further generation.

Prices include applicable VAT. US sales tax may be added at checkout where required. Digistore24 displays the final total, applicable reseller, recurring payment terms before purchase, and supplies the purchase confirmation and invoice.
All three plans have no minimum term. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated billing interval unless cancelled before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves the valid paid period; it does not itself refund that period.
Choose your plan through this website while signed in. The server creates a checkout reference linking the order to your confirmed account. Paid access starts after an authenticated server-side live-payment confirmation has been received and correctly assigned. A return URL, receipt screenshot or visit to a thank-you page cannot activate access. Access is online in the studio for the verified paid period, including when the three free attempts have already been used.
6. Cancellation, refunds and access changes
Use the order-management link in your Digistore24 purchase confirmation or contact Digistore24 to request cancellation. If you need help locating the order, contact us. Cancellation of future renewals is different from withdrawal or a refund request. A normal cancellation leaves access available until the end of the paid period, under the applicable purchase conditions.
After the paid period ends, paid generation access stops. Unpaid renewals, refunds, chargebacks or other invalidated payments may suspend or revoke the corresponding paid entitlement. If a payment status is incorrect, contact support for review. Your statutory rights are unaffected. See the Refund Policy for the distinction between withdrawal, contractual returns and cancellation.
7. Using prompt texts
You may use and adapt the prompt texts generated through your account for your personal or commercial creative projects, subject to applicable law and third-party terms. You may copy your saved results. This permission does not transfer the application, generator code, underlying musical datasets or branding, and does not permit their extraction or resale.
Results may resemble other results. We make no promise of exclusivity or ownership of third-party material. You are responsible for checking the terms and rights relevant to any external AI music service, input material and resulting audio. Suno, Udio and Mureka are separate providers; their subscriptions and services are not included.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, submit private information without authority, attack the infrastructure, bypass access controls, forge payment events, exploit concurrency to evade limits, scrape confidential datasets or use automated activity that disrupts other users. We may take proportionate steps to prevent abuse, including suspending an affected account. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us for review.
9. Availability, changes and responsibility
We maintain the application with reasonable care. Maintenance, security work and third-party outages can interrupt availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Material changes to a paid service will be handled consistently with applicable consumer law and the purchase contract; these terms do not authorise arbitrary removal of paid rights.
We are responsible for the service as required by law. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies, liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. External music providers remain responsible for their own services. Save copies of prompts important to your work.
10. Consumer rights, law and contact
Mandatory withdrawal, conformity, warranty and other consumer rights continue to apply. Austrian law governs these website-use terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. No exclusive Austrian court is imposed on consumers contrary to mandatory jurisdiction rules.
