Refund Policy (Digital Downloads via Etsy)

Our products are sold exclusively as digital downloads via the Etsy platform.

No refunds after delivery

Because digital items are made available immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once the download has started or access has been granted.

This policy aligns with Etsy’s rules for digital items.

Exceptions (case-by-case)

A refund may be considered only if:

• the digital product is clearly defective, incomplete, or not as described, and
• the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., replacing the file, providing a corrected version, or technical support).

How to request help

Please contact us through Etsy Messages with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond as quickly as possible.

Payment & refund handling

All payments, orders, and any refunds are processed through Etsy. We do not have access to your payment details and cannot issue refunds outside of Etsy.
